About Teacher

Emily is an Oxford graduate with a first-class degree in Medical Sciences and a strong passion for teaching and supporting students in science. She specialises in Biology, Chemistry and medicine entry preparation, including UCAT, BMAT, medicine interviews and personal statement guidance. She also assists with science assignments and coursework.
With extensive tutoring experience, Emily tailors her approach to each student’s abilities, interests and goals. She focuses on building clear conceptual understanding, exam strategies and independent study skills, helping students achieve high grades and develop confidence in their learning. Many of her students have gone on to secure places at top universities, including Oxbridge.
Emily understands the pressures students face in competitive academic environments and believes that personalised guidance is key. She creates a supportive, motivating learning environment where students can engage with science, discover their interests and learn to study effectively. She is committed to helping students reach their potential and often goes the extra mile to provide encouragement, clarity and practice.
