About Teacher

I am an IB Mathematics tutor with a strong academic background in Mathematics and several years of experience teaching and tutoring within IB school settings. I specialise in IB Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches (AA) and Applications and Interpretation (AI) at both SL and HL.
I have taught Mathematics in IB schools across different international contexts, supporting Diploma Programme students in their first and second years. Alongside classroom teaching, I have extensive experience tutoring students online from a range of countries, adapting lessons to suit different educational systems while maintaining a clear focus on IB expectations.
My teaching approach is structured and student-centred. I focus on developing conceptual understanding, effective problem-solving strategies and confidence with exam-style questions. Lessons are carefully tailored to individual needs, helping students strengthen weaker areas while building consistency and independence in their mathematical thinking.
In addition to IB Mathematics, I also support students preparing for other mathematics-based assessments, including MYP Mathematics and selective entrance or reasoning-based examinations, where appropriate.
